So you thought your fish was well cooked, just wait until Thanksgiving.
I however, am going to continue to enjoy my fork flaked fish filets, rare (good grade beef) and mild (good grade) pork.
Food standards unfortunately in Europe may be different.
Tell me, was your experience your own cooking or at a restaurant?

By the way, I am on call the week of Thanksgiving so I won’t be able to come to Chicago.

Well that sucks that you can’t make it for Thanksgiving. I’m travellilng 4000 miles and you can’t make 1/4 of that? Be sure to call us on Thanksgiving than. I guess this means you won’t get to enjoy the chocolate I’m bringing back.
